• We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), using the original payment method.

8. Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@thegeledit.co.uk within 7 with your order number and photos where possible. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Returns and refunds

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase, unless faulty.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
